Hormone Therapy in Bangkok & Pattaya, Thailand
Hormone therapy treats menopause in women, andropause in men, hypothyroidism, erectile dysfunction (ED), and loss of libido or sex drive. Hormone treatments include male testosterone replacement and female estrogen replacement.
What Can Hormones Do?
Restore Libido & Increase Sex Drive
Hormone therapy can help restore libido and sex drive by rebalancing estrogen and testosterone levels. Testosterone replacement therapy boosts the primary sex hormone in men and has been proven to improve libido and sex drive. Estrogen therapy may also be used to treat low libido and sex drive in women. Estrogen and progesterone can also alleviate symptoms in women, such as vaginal dryness, which can interfere with sexual desire.
Increase Muscle Mass & Boost Energy
Hormone therapy rebalances hormone levels that affect muscle development and energy production. Low levels of certain hormones, such as growth hormones HGH, can contribute to decreased muscle mass and low energy in both men and women. Thyroid hormone replacement therapy may also be used to increase energy and improve muscle mass from hypothyroidism, a condition in which the thyroid gland does not produce enough hormones.
Treat Menopause & Andropause Symptoms
Menopause is the natural decline in estrogen and progesterone levels that occurs in women as they age, while andropause is the natural decline in testosterone levels that occurs in men as they age. Estrogen therapy is often used to treat menopausal symptoms, such as hot flashes, night sweats, and vaginal dryness. Testosterone therapy is used to treat andropause symptoms, such as fatigue, erectile dysfunction (ED), decreased muscle mass, and low libido.
Boost Thyroid Hormone Production
Hormone therapy with medication can boost thyroid hormone production. This type of hormone therapy is called thyroid hormone replacement therapy, and it is used to treat hypothyroidism, a condition in which the thyroid gland does not produce enough hormones. Medications such as levothyroxine or liothyronine can help restore thyroid hormone levels in the body and alleviate symptoms such as fatigue, weight gain, and dry skin.
Placental Hormones
The Most Natural Hormone Therapy
The placenta is the liquid-fluid afterbirth of a newborn baby that contains a mixture of nutrients, growth factors, hormones, and stem cells that supported the baby’s development during pregnancy. Placental hormone therapy uses hormones extracted from the placenta of a newborn—without harm to the baby or mother. Rich in hormones and growth factors, placenta extract can alleviate symptoms such as fatigue, muscle weakness, and low libido. Placenta extract can also be sex-specific: men with low testosterone can inject Male Placenta Extract, while women with low estrogen can inject Female Placenta Extract.
Many patients focus only on testosterone and estrogen, but these are just two of over 50 hormones active in the body. Placenta extract contains a broad spectrum of 10+ hormones, used as a compound hormone therapy. Some hormones, like progesterone and DHEA, are precursors that assist in producing testosterone and estrogen. While direct injections of testosterone or estrogen can provide temporary relief, including precursors can reboot the body’s natural hormone production, resulting in a longer-lasting solution.

Placenta Collection
Placenta is collected from the afterbirth fluids of a newborn baby. Collecting placenta does not cause any harm to the baby or mother. Placental fluids were previously discarded as biological waste, but now the placenta is kept for processing and therapeutic treatments.

Hygienic Laboratory Processing
Fresh placenta is then processed to separate the stem cells, hormones, and growth factors. Placenta for hormone therapy is separated by sex, from male and female babies. This process creates a cocktail of hormones and growth factors that are beneficial for hormone replacement therapy.

Fresh Frozen Placenta Extract
Once the placenta has been prepared for male and female hormone therapy, it is cryogenically frozen until therapeutic use. The placenta is prepared fresh and then immediately frozen to preserve the hormones and growth factors. It is then thawed moments before injection into the muscle.
Result Based Hormone Therapy
Let’s measure the effectiveness based on blood test results!
The best way to determine if hormone therapy is needed or effective is by testing the blood. The results of hormone therapy can be more accurately measured by comparing blood test results from before and after treatment.

Treatment Process
Clear your schedule for 15 -20 minutes and relax in the treatment room. Hormone therapy can also be oral medications that can be picked up in-clinic or delivered to your home. Hormone therapy by injection will follow these steps:
VITAL SIGNS
First, we will document your vital signs and check your blood pressure, heart rate, respiratory rate, body temperature, height in centimeters (cm), and weight in kilograms (kg).
HORMONE PREPARATION
The Doctor will prepare your hormones according to the prescription and document your name and treatment progress for future reference.
HORMONE THERAPY
The Doctor will administer the hormone injections either intramuscularly (IM) or subcutaneously (SQ). Some patients also take hormones home for daily self-administration subcutaneously (SQ).
Recommendation & Results
Hormone therapy by injection is typically recommended once per day, week, or month, depending on the hormones used and the treatment plan. Hormone therapy with oral medications is normally taken daily.
The results from hormone therapy by injection or oral medication can be seen within 1 day to 1 week. The timeframe for results ultimately depends on the condition being treated. In all cases, the results are effectively measured by comparing blood test results before and after treatment.
Possible Side Effects
Hormone therapy, while effective, can come with potential side effects depending on the type of hormones used.
Synthetic hormones, which are commonly administered daily, weekly, or monthly, may lead to side effects such as weight gain, mood swings, fluid retention, and, in some cases, long-term dependency. Prolonged use of synthetic hormones can disrupt the body’s natural hormone production, requiring continued supplementation to maintain balance.
In contrast, natural placental hormones work to rebalance the body’s hormone production without causing dependency. By providing a broad spectrum of natural hormones and growth factors, placental extracts stimulate the body to regulate hormones on its own, leading to longer-lasting results with fewer risks of long-term dependency. This key difference makes natural hormone therapy a preferred option for patients trying to avoid long term side-effects.
How is hormone therapy given?
Hormone therapy is administered through subcutaneous (SQ) injections, intramuscular (IM) injections, and oral medication. Some patients may also self-administer at home under medical guidance.
When is hormone therapy recommended?
Hormone therapy is recommended for men and women up to 80 years of age. Normally, hormone therapy is recommended based on symptoms of menopause, andropause, muscle loss, fatigue, hair loss, loss in sex drive, low libido or uncharacteristic mood swings.
What are the risks of testosterone replacement therapy?
Testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), while effective, can come with potential side effects.

How long does hormone therapy usually last?
Synthetic hormone therapy may last daily, weekly, or monthly.
Natural placental hormone therapy may last up to 9 – 12 months.
Is hormonal therapy painful?

"I highly recommend FRESH GENETIQ! The Drs are amazing, passionate about what they do and passionate about helping their patients get the results they want. They are all very sweet and kind people. The facilities are clean and well equipped. We went for stem cell therapy and they included a bunch of additional therapies that supported the stem cells. The price was very fair. The labs they go through are very good, they supply all the documents both from the lab about your stem cell batch and also a third party lab testing on them. They are very transparent and trustworthy. Very glad I chose FRESH GENETIQ! 😊🙏🏻"
