After Care Instructions
We want the best possible treatment results! The following instructions will help maximize your results and minimize any associated risks:
♦ Rest the treatment area and avoid strenuous activities and heavy exercise for at least 48 hours after Shockwave Therapy to allow the treated area to recover and maximize benefits.
♦ Apply cold compression if you experience mild soreness or swelling. Some patients use an ice pack on the treatment area for 10–15 minutes as needed to reduce inflammation and promote comfort after Shockwave Therapy.
♦ Stay hydrated and drink plenty of water to support tissue regeneration and help your body eliminate any waste products released during the therapy.
♦ Avoid heat treatments and refrain from using hot tubs, saunas, or applying heat to the treated area for 48 hours to prevent irritation and ensure optimal healing.

"Within a minute of talking to Mr Ian i knew I was in the right place. By the end of the consult I was overwhelmed. Mr Ian and his team very welcoming like a family. Mr Ian and his team outstanding knowledge of stem cell regenerative medicine and also many other medical areas to list. we started with the consult, discussed my needs, injuries and conditions.
